We recognize the importance of preserving and assisting in the necessary religious and spiritual rites, for all cultures of India. We will ease our client's burden by using our professional knowledge to satisfy their needs while adhering to the laws, rules and regulations that govern death care in the United States. We understand that when a family or community seeks our services, we have a sacred trust to guide them fairly:
* We pledge to offer services specifically designed to MEET THE NEEDS of Asian Indians as an alternative to higher priced funerals.
* We will educate those who seek our services by freely offering FULL DISCLOSURE of all available options.
* We will not only adhere to the letter of all applicable laws, rules and regulations governing death care, but to the SPIRIT that dictates fair treatment of our clients.
* We pledge to make available, without the need to ask, the LEAST EXPENSIVE caskets and coffins available and to provide additional options if the family so desires."
